How do I pay my storage bill?

There are several ways you can pay your bill.

  • AutoPay: Call 406-638-1191 to set up auto-pay, or select the autopay option when signing up. We’ll automatically debit your bank account or charge your VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express® credit card for your monthly bills. We also offer an E-check option.
  • Pay Online: Make payments online at www.bighornstorageofhardin.com. We accept PayPal, VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express® credit cards.
  • Pay by Mail: Send your payment to:

  • Pay in Person: Drop your payment in the slot on the front of the building at Bighorn Storage of Hardin. Be sure to include your name and unit number on the envelope.
  • Pay by Telephone: Give us a call at 406-638-1191.

Can I rent storage online?

  • Visit www.bighornstorageofhardin.com.
  • Fill out your information.
  • Pay the prorated month’s rent and the $25.00 security deposit.
  • Receive an email with your unit number and gate access code.
  • Move into your unit.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

What if my rent is late?

If rent has not been paid by 5:00 PM on the 6th of each month, a late fee of $15.00 will be added to your account. If rent has not been paid by the 36th day, a $100.00 lien fee will be added to your account, and the auction process will begin.

Is a deposit required when renting a storage space?

Yes, when you move into a unit, you will pay the prorated month’s rent and a $25.00 deposit.

Do I need to bring my own storage lock?

Yes, you are required to bring your own lock for your unit. We recommend using disc locks.

What items am I not allowed to store?

Some items are prohibited from storage for safety reasons. These include liquids, explosives, food or beverages, flammable materials, toxins, and perishables.

What are your storage access hours?

Storage access hours are daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The gate is locked from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM every day.

What are your security features?

Along with 24/7 recorded video surveillance, only you have access to your rented unit. Each storage unit is equipped with an alarm, and security lights keep the property illuminated for your safety.

Do you offer insurance?

We offer limited insurance for our indoor storage units only. We do not offer insurance for our outside parking spaces.
